A modern luxury leather-goods brand needed a full Shopify storefront — one that felt niche, professional and expensive rather than templated, with the product always the hero. The brief was never a handful of screens; it was a cohesive, conversion-minded system that could carry a shopper through the entire journey — discovery, product, cart, checkout, and account — and stay consistent across desktop and mobile.

As the sole UI/UX designer, I started with the foundation: colour and spacing tokens, a paired serif/sans type scale, and a reusable component set — navigation, a product card with a hover state, faceted filters, a size selector, and buttons. Everything was kept component-driven in Figma so it could hand off cleanly to developers.

On top of that system I designed 22 responsive screens for desktop and mobile: a homepage, a product listing with filtering and quick-add, product detail, a slide-in cart, a streamlined two-step checkout with express-wallet and card payment, an account dashboard for orders, addresses and payment methods, sign-in and registration, and an editorial brand story.
