The Problem
AmTrust Realty's investor materials consisted of flat PDFs and stock photography. Decision-makers in New York required richer spatial understanding of commercial assets before committing capital — and existing tools weren't closing deals.
The Approach
Audited competitor decks and interviewed the AmTrust Realty representative to better understand the presentation requirements, communication gaps, and overall redesign goals.
The Solution
Designed a suite of 3D commercial property renders using Figma, integrated with branded investor data overlays. Delivered static and animated assets for pitch decks, web listings, and print collateral. Established a modular visual system for ongoing asset production.
