Bravexis faced low conversion rates, significantly below industry benchmarks. High-intent visitors were landing on undifferentiated product pages that failed to communicate ROI, credibility, or technical capability. The design was not closing.

Deployed GA4 event tracking and Hotjar heatmaps across all high-traffic landing pages. Identified three critical drop-off zones: the hero section, the pricing comparison table, and the integration showcase. Ran user interviews with five mid-market operations managers — the ICP.

Redesigned the top-of-funnel experience with ROI-forward messaging hierarchy, social proof signals, and a structured automation showcase. Built a modular CRO framework using A/B testing via GA4 experiments. Integrated n8n automation workflows for lead qualification and follow-up sequences.
